Hand-made. Handle with care. Hand wash preferred but cold wash if using a washing machine. Lay flat to air-dry. Do NOT iron. Steam is fine. 100% acrylic yarn unless otherwise specified.

I will, however, make accommodations if there was an error on my end based on the nature of the mistake.

Shipping is calculated through an automated system based on my shipping partner. If you are local and I am able to personally bring your order to you or coordinate a meet up, I will contact you personally to let you know and update your order to reflect the changes (i.e. refund your shipping).
